工学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师、澳门十大网赌正规官网副院长、特医食品加工湖南省重点实验室副主任、湖湘青年英才、湖南省青年骨干教师、湖南省教育厅优秀青年、美国加州州立大学洛杉矶分校访问学者,科技部创新团队骨干成员,湖南省“三区”人才,科技特派员,湖南省食品科学技术学会理事、湖南省食品科学技术学会青年委员、湖南省化妆品安全专家,湖南省保健食品专家。国际SCI期刊Frontiers in Nutrition客座主编Critical Reviews in Food Science and NutritionFood chemistry等国际TOP期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金项目、湖南省青年英才、湖南省重点领域研发计划项目、湖南省自然科学基金面上和青年湖南省教育厅优秀青年等项目11项,发表论文41篇,其中SCI学术论文41篇,EI论文2篇,授权国家发明专利4国际发明专利2项,获得湖南省自然科学一等奖1项,湖南省技术发明二等奖1项,湖南省教学成果二等奖1项
